Cendol is an iced sweet dessert that contains droplets of worm-like green rice flour jelly, coconut milk and palm sugar syrup. This Penang Road Famous Teochew Cendol version is sweetened red beans added and served in a bowl. The palm sugar is added as a dark syrup, is referred to as gula Melaka.
