This new 150 meters of observation tower, also known as Menara Tambatan Diraja offers a 360 degree of visibility bird’s-eye view of Kota Bharu town and the long stretch of Kelantan river. The observation tower is also known as a Menara Tinjau Tambatan D’ Raja among the locals; located at the river bank of Kelantan river, historical Padang Merdeka and Ridel Hotel on the left.
