Located in La Village at the foot of Mount Tebu compound in Besut, lies a hot spring known as L.A Hot Spring. L.A Hot Spring is positioned 140 kilometers north of Kuala Terengganu. With its temperature ranging from 45 to 49 degree Celsius, L.A Hot Spring contains natural sulphur which have healing properties that can supposedly cure various ailments such as skin disease and muscle pain. Apart from getting dip in the refreshing hot spring, one can also go abseiling, trek along jungle paths and go caving. Fishing in the river and camping are also popular activities.

Other attractions that can be found nearby the hot spring area are the Ship Rock, Lata Berangin, Frog Rock, Batu Kelawar and Kolam Puteri.
