Belacan and Cincaluk is a famous foods condiments in Melaka. Belacan is a Shrimp Paste either in round or square in shape available in a sun-dried or roasted version. Cincaluk is a version of a fermented sauce of Belacan.

It is primarily made from finely crushed shrimp mixed with salt for Belacan and continued further fermentation process in several weeks for Cincaluk.
